Live Sale Claim Policy

This policy applies to all platforms where we conduct live sales and to all live sale claims.

For the purposes of this policy, a basket is the collection of items claimed by a customer during one or more live sales that are being held pending payment. A new customer is any individual who has never successfully completed payment for a live sale claim basket with us.

Live Sale Claim Rules

• Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.

• We do not offer basket holds, payment plans, or claim extensions for non-members.

• Items will be held for a maximum of 48 hours pending payment.

• Any unpaid invoice may be canceled after 48 hours, and claimed items will be returned to available inventory without notice.

• If you are unable to complete your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible so the items can be released to other shoppers.

• Repeated unpaid claims, cancellations, abandoned baskets, or abandoned invoices may result in future claiming restrictions, including the loss of claiming privileges.

• Ignis & Aqua reserves the right to refuse claims, limit claiming privileges, require deposits, or cancel unpaid baskets at its discretion.

Additional Rules for New Customers

• New customers are required to purchase a $10 Basket Deposit before opening a live sale basket.

• The Basket Deposit will be applied toward the basket total when the basket is paid in full.

• The Basket Deposit is nonrefundable. If a basket is abandoned, canceled, returned to inventory, or remains unpaid, the deposit will not be refunded or credited.

• Completion of the Basket Deposit requirement does not extend payment deadlines or alter any other Live Sale Claim Policy requirements.
