Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Ignis & Aqua. We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Please review the following policies before making a purchase.

Shipping

• Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days once order payments are completed, unless otherwise discussed or you have purchased a made-to-order item. In these circumstances, handling timeframes may vary depending on the item purchased and will be stated within the individual listing. 

• Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume, holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Ignis & Aqua is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

• Tracking information will be provided when available.

• Any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and its contents before discarding any packaging materials.

• Claims regarding damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographs.

• We may request additional information to assist in resolving the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ignis & Aqua is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly and file any necessary claims.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Crystals and minerals

• Metaphysical products

• Ritual oils, baths, candles, herbs, incense, and other consumable items

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Digital products, readings, or services

If you purchase a physical item from us, and it arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
