The Origin of Aegis Sacra Animalis 

You may be wondering how we arrived at these ingredients and the different options available for this protection ritual (I would be). As someone who practices, I want to have an authentic experience with any items that have been curated for such sacred events or activities in my life. For this reason, we wanted to share a little history about this ritual and why we've decided to share our “recipe” with others—in hopes of helping you surround your beloved companion with a shield of care, safety, and sacred guardianship.

Aegis Sacra Animalis emerged from our devotion to the animals who walk beside us. Nicole and I are natural animal lovers and feel the need to protect and admire wildlife, but especially our pets. Our lives literally revolve around them. We strongly believe we have a duty to provide them with the best possible life and the utmost protection. Therefore, we know what it feels like to worry over the safety of those who cannot speak for themselves.

We've both faced moments of anxiety, whether a pet faced illness, experienced strange psychic attacks, or was simply vulnerable in a world that doesn't always tread gently. We wanted something extremely strong; a ritual that could offer comfort, invoke protection, and align us with the energies that shield and defend. From that need and basing it on our primary protection spell that has worked so well, Aegis Sacra Animalis was born.

When we share Aegis Sacra Animalis with you, we are offering more than a ritual kit. We are offering a piece of our own history, a practice that has brought protection to our pets, even in ways we didn't imagine. Two particular scenarios were uncovering severe health issues long before our pet children had to suffer. Our hope is that it may offer the same gentle, yet strong protection for your pet(s).

We currently offer one version on a limited rotating basis. Due to the intentional collection and curating of these kits coupled with us being a small business of two people who work full-time jobs, we are unable to offer more than a few kits at any given time.
